Why the hell do people not surrender a game when we are obviously losing. It's a waste of my time and it just makes me want to kill myself even more.

You can come back from any game, I have come back from a 4v5 against a Fed team, all 3 inhibs and 2 nexus turrets down, all we had to do was group up and focus the right people, and we tanked the turrets with 1 defending and came back hard. and the answer to your other problem, please see a therapist.
because players are uneducated like monkeys so wasting time is okay to them because they actually in their brains think they win or they are butthurt and dont surrender to try to be a dick to another player which is redundant because its like self torturing yourself to torture others which is just plain retarded.
