color blind mode for real color blind

i am color blind to red and green. I would like to know if im the only color blind who as difficulty with the icon of champion in the mini-map seeing in wich team each champion is. Sometime with the color of some champion the blue or red border kind of get swallowed up. I'm thinking that if the border in color blind mode was a bit ticker it could help me knowing wich team belong those icon.... even if it makes the face icon a bit smaller.

Pls blind-color player tell me if you think that could help us a bit in the game.
