leaving rank queue first time should not give you time penalty or loss of lp
most of the time in silver ranks games i have troller and feeders who talk shitt in champ select and i want to quit but i also dnt want to loss my lp or waste time .

You still leave your team to a 4v5, loss if lp should be doubled honestly
then copy the champion select chat and paste it to a report when the game is over. If the trolls really bother you, then you need to put in a effort to solve the problem.
Basically put up or shut up.
