More Skins For The Lacking Please

I'm pretty sure many other people agree with me but Riot needs to stop making skins for champions that already have too many. For example look at Annie. . .and then Yasuo. There are a few exceptions though like Jhin or Tahm Kench because they are new champions but honestly, Riot seems to have a pattern of making a whole bunch of skins for the champions that have too many and then one for someone like Zed who is pretty lacking. He has 4 skins but SKT T1 Zed cannot just be bought off the champion store at any time. Hextech DOES allow you to get it but come on. . .what are the chances of you getting it with over 600+ skins in the game and the possibility of you getting something else instead like ward skins,summoner icons, gemstones (highly unlikely), and champion shards. In my opinion, Riot should try to at least even it out by making all champions have at LEAST 4 skins they can get at ANY time in the store. This may take awhile but I think it has more positives than negatives for Riot and gamers. Here are a few:

-More variety -Makes playing more fun (in my opinion) -Increase in money as more people will be interested in buying RP for skins they like

-Will take some time and effort -Harder for artists to have creative ideas for skins as more are developed
