(Request) Be able to change the numbers on anything for special custom games.

Could riot possibly allow us to tweak any number (damage, range etc) in special custom games for fun? I would love to try leblanc with global range W. I'm sure plenty of players would find things to have fun with (ez .1 second Q or whatever your imagination comes up with).

Maybe it could be done via a config text file we can tweak or something.
