What if Riot hired a 3rd party to do their surveys and analyses?

It feels like a lot of people are skeptical of the information about Dynamic queue from Riot. I think a having a neutral third party involved in or doing their information gathering and analyses would remove a lot of the mistrust from players about Riot's data presentations.
