Blind pick matchmaking broken for anyone else lately? (10 minute wait times, unbalanced teams)

I've been waiting for around 10 minutes per game lately, and the teams end up really unfair. Its not some confirmation bias (OMG I always get matched with NOOBS), I'm paired with the better players about as often as I'm on the receiving end, but all my games have been stomps, one way or another.

My last game I was paired against 3 diamonds and two masters, with one master, two golds, and a silver on my team, and the game before that I was with with a challenger and three masters vs high plats and low diamonds. Its not just these games, the large majority of my blind pick games have been like this this week.

These games are pretty much over before they even start.

My matchmaking has been a lot faster and fairer in the past, anyone else having issues with this?
