Chat Restrict & Lower Priority Quene

Yes I do deserve it. The chat restrict since raging against ragers infects itself over and over, but as long as I can't say anything between the time limit between replies. I can't make call outs anymore. I intend to play less than my best performance most games in Ranked. I'll be treating it as Normals if there is a single rager/whiner in the team and there is a lot.

Lower Priority Quene doesn't bother me much since I can watch something or reply to messages. Leaving two games with inevitable losses. By inevitable having people complaining over and over there is no chance of recovery for a victory if raging begins during the defense of inhib turrents. I'm not gonna waste more time defending so I'll just leave the game.
