Well it depends on what elo you are. Usually the lower elos have worse yasuo's because of his high mechanics.

Idk he's one of those champions where I win depending on the champ I'm playing.

to be honest yasuo really isn't the greatest pick. typically only people who know how to play him well are going to carry, and at high elo he's a pretty average pick since people know how to play against him, and just know how to not feed their lane super hard.

junglers are smart enough to camp yasuo in high elo and some in low elo too so he can get really far behind really easily.

not to mention he has a ton of counters and trinity force which was an item a lot of people would build on him to go tanky got it's crit removed.

but anyway you are kind of right, most of the people who play him are not good at him. even some of the people who have like 150k mastery on him suck with him. the thing is that yasuo players haven't really changed, typically they have not been very good.

Because pretty much all top matchups are counters...and once yas gets behind he is useless.

And mid lane isnt much better and not to mention things like grounded or poppy ult

Yasuo is just in a bad spot as a champ granted he is still strong if youre legitimately good with him (like if your a one trick or something)...or get a full yasuo comp (and are still good on him)

I have 320k mastery and rank 7 and i dont play him ranked anymore he is just not worth with because he is countered so easily and other champs are flat out stronger

Oh and contrary to belief he is very mechanically difficult to maximize and since he isnt strong right now so those mechanics are actually required to do well

This isn't "all of a sudden." In my entire experience playing this game, 90% of Yasuos I see feed faster than a fat man a Chinese buffet. They rarely understand their own mechanics, and the only one they do understand (Tornado=Knock Up=Ult) they trigger EVERY TIME they can pull it off, regardless of whether or not it's a bad decision. Furthermore, most don't comprehend what qualifies as a projectile. I've had a Yasuo consistently attempt to Wind Wall me as Karthus - who has absolutely no projectiles. I've seen them try to Wind Wall Malzahar's Q and Viktor's laser that was cast behind them. And then there's everyone who seems to think the assassin designed to murder mages will somehow have the kit to go one on one versus tanks and brawlers in top lane. Most Yasuo players think he's a freelo win, but end up being the ones being dumped on and subsequently pissed.

Yasuo really has a kit that makes him either appear to be a god, or absolute garbage. He has a skill curve that is actually pretty steep, but once you get it, it's all situational. Basically, memorize the range of his abilities and have good, aggressive, tactical awareness and you will get your snowball going. His kit makes some early items extremely gold efficient. Then he can continue to dominate and scale into a monster.

If you can't, or don't, do this, a few mistakes early on will make you look like a joke. Instead of an early lead, you are just "another bad Yasuo player."
