Availability to sell champions back at 1/2 cost

Hi LOL Team,

I've got a few champions I bought earlier on in my lol gaming that I never use now and in fact are more annoying now that I play a lot of ARAM. Can we please have a feature in the game to sell champions back at a loss? There are some champs I just want to get rid of and never play again...
