Reward for 666 IP

There should be an event for getting exactly 666 ip. Maybe free Teemo/skin? And this is coming from a guy who will never buy Teemo, even after I buy every champ and rune possible, along with the max rune pages (is it 20, like masteries? is there a max?). I'd be highly dissatisfied if I was given Teemo and might even trash my account, but I think it'd be hilarious to put this into the game.
