Boards moderation is flawed and even a rioter agrees.

So I posted a rant earlier about how I had an unfair boards suspension for 7 days and emailed a support ticket in but that I was disappointed that It took to long for the player support team to answer and that they should have a different team dedicated to handling appeals for shorter term punishments (because I was forced to wait out a 7 day boards ban that RIOT Keyru just agreed that 7 days was way to harsh of a ban for a playful picture with one offensive word in it that is generally accepted in other pictures)

Anyways I think it should be said that when a rioter emails this about a boards suspension :

"Keyru (Riot Games Player Support) Aug 16, 12:47

Hey Arcade Andrew,

While you more than likely did not mean to use these pictures in an offensive manner but more playful, you must be mindful that there are varying players within the community and there are some who can take offense to the use of the word. I do agree with you that a 7 day suspension was a bit harsh but as it seems to be completed, I am unable to adjust this for you. I am sorry for that and we will continue to remove posts like those but as a warning if first offense.

Best Regards, Keyru Player Behavior Specialist"

Something is wrong with boards moderation....

TLDR: I was punished sent in a support ticket, and a rioter agreed a 7 day ban from the boards was too harsh for the context of what happened

NOTE TO MODS OR RIOTERS(or anyone who can tell me): if this is breaking the boards rules or whatever of discussing account issues please let me know so I can remove this post, Im pretty sure since the suspension is over and this is merely s thread to discuss players thoughts on having a rioter say that a punishment was too harsh that maybe boards moderation is flawed, would be something that is allowed
