RIOT has gone down the Drain

After playing for 4-5 years and spending more than $1200 on this game I got hacked and it resulted in my account being banned (not this account this is my "smurf") and when I took this to RIOT support I was told (in summary): "Sorry we no longer care about you or anyone as a individual customer and we know you have given us so much time and MONEY over the years but its your fault you got hacked so (for lack of a better phrase) tough shit to you." This is unacceptable. A little look into the event: my email was hacked and, unfortuantely, I use the same password+username combo on EVERYTHING (hell my email is just my "[email protected]") so it doesn't take a rocket scientist to still everything. I ended up getting banned from WoW, FFXIV, LoL (obviously), and my steam account is an absolute mess. Now what do all these games have in common with each other (excluding LoL)? They all unbanned my accounts because I was hacked and 2 of them actually have an anti-theft option (key coder app) but no to RIOT getting hacked is your fault not theirs (not saying it isn't my fault) but thats like saying you left your keys in your car so its your fault when it gets stolen and the cops shouldn't do anything about it. TBH I've been noticing a decline in riot support for a while now such as the doing away with the "O hey you need like 10 RP for that skin draw us a picture or make us laugh and we will give you the 10 or so Rp you need (since its less than a freaking penny)" now this is pretty much the straw that broke the camels back. Now all this said I'm even willing to look at other avenues of getting my account back (yes I angry that my account is being held randsom by the company that owns it) but like I said thats $1200 (on a high/college income so most of the times I did horrible jobs for some of that stuff) not including the 4-5 years of time I've put on it calculated to 1889 hours thanks to "wasted-on-lol.com" such as keeping up with my smurf and showig them I'm not here to be toxic even though I have been in the past. Rant Over I guess I'm just saying things have really gone down the toilet on RIOT's side.
