@Riot Normal/Co-op Isn't Casual Enough and Ranked Isn't Competitive Enough

To improve ranked enviroment IMO to make it better for low and high elo players, is to nerf the time for the surrender vote to 30-40 minutes somewhere. People in ranked that surrender at 20 and are only level 10 could really possibly make a comeback at level 15-18. People don't realize this and when they notice their K-D ratio is 0-2 in 10 minutes that's an instant sign to surrender for them and I think they exaggerate the difference between the teams and assume they are completely screwed. This nerf should let them play longer and realize that surrendering at 20 was too early to see themselves get a comeback.

Normal/co-op is just not casual enough. People take it so seriously and they play to win in normals. The community always hates people that say anything against leaverbuster but I think it should be taken off of at least Co-op (and hopefully normals but that's less likely) because new players leave the game permanently when they see the leaverbuster sign for the first time. They think that if they leave one more time they will get some perma ban or something and think this game is being too harsh and be like "I leef all th tiem, y cant i leef in dis gam? I hav 2 many tings 2 do, I quit!"

That skrub stereotype :) anyways I hope a Rito person reads this because this is the reason why competitive players (Some of them) get toxic and why at least 0.3% of league's players have left.

Wow this is going to get downvoted, I read it again and realised people hate this crap but yolo swag
