Skin Updates Anytime soon?

Tons of skins really need updates (ex: Dragonblade Riven is super clunky, Pulsefire Ezreal hardly looks like an ultimate skin, etc). Will these ever be updated? I think a big update to them would not only bring attention to them and therefore more revenue but really make the players happier :) I can say as a Riven played id love to be able to play DB Riven without feeling clunkier than the base Udyr Skin
