Question about End of Season Rewards

Hey all, hopefully someone here can help me! Riot originally stated that any bans during the 2015 Season for scripting/cheating would not get end of season rewards.

But then, there's this:

"Yes, some players are ineligible for rewards because of negative in-game behavior. This applies only to the 2015 season. Here are the details: Players with bans or chat/ranked restrictions active when the season ends are ineligible for this year’s rewards Players banned for seven days or more in the three months prior to the end of the season (August 10) are ineligible for this year’s rewards. Players banned for boosting during the 2015 season remain ineligible for rewards Players who experienced fraud-related and erroneous bans will still be eligible

All players will have another chance at future ranked season rewards."

So, did they change the requirements for end of season rewards? Or does the original rule still apply?

They are actually still determining who will and will not get rewards. This is information based off a support ticket I sent in. I was suspended for 2 weeks on August 5th until the 19th for calling an AFK'r a "useless piece of (Fill in the blank)."

"We appreciate you following-up about the end of Season rewards. Unfortunately, we are still not able to tell what accounts will be eligible or not for season rewards. Your best bet is to improve your behavior as you continue to go into games. At the end of the season you will get an email determining if you were ineligible for rewards, so make sure your email is up to date! I'm sorry I couldn't give you the answer you wanted exactly but if you have any other questions feel free to let me know."

The hopes are that they look into each case, because not everyones cases are going to be the same. I've been playing the game since S2, so if I've been reported 500 times it may seem like a lot, but 500 times over acourse of 3 and a half years isn't that much if you are playing 10 games a day. If someone has been playing since S4 and reported 500 times over the course of a year and only playing 2-3 games a day then obviously those 2 players shouldn't suffer the same consequences. It would be bad to punish someone for being a dedicated player, this would destroy the player base.
