Leaverbuster

So, my internet router has been losing connection every second, and league detects it i'm guessing it wont let me connect to my game so I have to keep retrying to reconnect till it finally lets me join the game. Thus the point of me making this, I don't understand why I have the leaverbusters, because yes i'm late, but that doesn't give riot a good excuse to make me wait 20! minuets long.... and I alwaaayyyssss rejoin always... so its kinda not fair to me that i get the leaver buster when i never once left. Please help... because this is really pathetic... And yes i am getting a new router, I just have to wait till next week for my paycheck. Thank you so much if you can help. <3
