need a pro help here pls

so i believe each one of us had at least one time in life this problem where you get stuck in champ select you can't join your game or maybe when ur network is fine league also is fine but you still have lags , well my problem here is that i have all those every fucking day --' sometimes i only fix it by turn off my firewall join the game then turn it on back it works 90 % .. now i m here asking about that 10 % because this is getting really stupid i believe that i know the reason of this but i m not sure which one . 1 - maybe i m the most unlucky guy in the world 2- maybe i have packet loss ( tcp / ip ) maybe i lose some of league packets while my computer is communicating with the euw servers. 3- i m using a pentest os ( deb linux ) and sometimes i change things on linux firewall and i m not using it on vmware or vbox i have it on a bootable extern HD and i m using the same pc ... did i somehow ruined something in the default gateway i know that each os needs its own ip ( my win os have an 192.168.1.2 ip ) the linux ( 192.168.1.6) but i m sure i didnt do any thing in win os i dont even do shit on it just for gaming and movies ... did the linux automatically changes a protocol in my router and if he did will that affect win i mean its not even same os ? 4-the last one is that i know one thing that firewalls blocks keyloggers ,payloads.... os firewall and anti-virus firewall so did riot add something to league that made the game suspicious ? i never had this kind of problems that much only one in year but now as i said every time i try to play league i need to turn off my fire wall to play and that is sooo muuch exhausting + when you finally join ur m8s its already 5:00 no no early game for u
