@Riot, just a quick question to help us all in this age of faceless communication.

What basis do you set to answer questions or comment on issues?

• Does it have to be relevant to what you're working on, or do you have to get permission from higher-ups to answer them?

• Is it just when you feel like answering them or is it based on whether information is available for the public?

• In terms of balance, do you guys look at the front page or do you just peruse the boards and click on what interests you personally?

I'm just hoping a Rioter can come in here and answer these questions so we can all know why some questions or concerns are answered while others are not. It'd really help us all understand one another, you know?
