Does Dynamic actually give your preferred role?

I have been playing my placement matches today, using the new que i rarely get my primary role as jungle and instead get the secondary almost exclusively. Of 9 matches, 1 I had gotten jungle, another i lucked out and someone switched with me. Why is it the game is giving me ADC secondary over my primary?

When you prefer support you get your role almost all the time :D

Every time I'm one game away from promo, I'm being given the secondary role 100% of the time. No exceptions.

I've had my primary role in every dynamic game i've played so far, except one I played with a couple friends.
