Is this really worthy of a permanent ban?

Is this really what qualifies as a permanent ban now? Obviously I shouldn't respond to people who are being toxic and do the same thing back to them but this is crazy, people who troll ruin the game of course I'm going to get upset... I've had this account over 5 years and spent over $1000 on it and now I'm permanently banned because 2 players decided to troll and verbally abuse the team and I responded back to it? The thresh immediately verbally abused me when I died when he had already died twice, then he went in the jungle and farmed because fizz refused to gank bot after he asked for 15minutes straight. I doubt the context matters to anyone because 2 wrongs don't make it right but come on, normal people snap, I didn't afk I didn't intentionally feed, I kept trying to play the entire time regardless of my teammates actively playing against me, and that's what the most important part of the game is, I don't understand the extreme censorship. Just disable chat on my account if this is really considered this bad, but permanently banning me when I have never trolled a game in 5 years?
