Block Lockers: A Summoner's Brainstorm

Okay, so we all have played ARAM games, where we get a randomly chosen champion to play, however we all have had those few champions in our army that we are either completely horrible at playing, or really hate. How many of us have dodged a match simply because a champ we can't or hate playing pops up, with no re-rolls available? Well, this idea may be a solution to that problem, I call it a block locker.

A block locker would be a small section in our profile, where we can place say....5-6 champions we hate or can't play in, which would BLOCK the option of being chosen in games such as ARAM. Since RIOT doesn't allow us to sell champions, I thought this might be a possible solution. Play on, summoners. :)
