People who boosted still have their rank and skins.....

I submitted players who boosted a couple of months ago and its disgusting that they still have their rank and have received no punishment, but hey, at least all the positive players are getting their mystery skins!.

I'm beginning to think that riot doesn't actually even care if you boost especially if you spend money on their game. I brought this up mostly because i'm spectating a game of a player that got boosted to gold and its ranked, and he is having a "bad game" lets just say that, and that reminded me just how boosting messes games after the original owner starts to play on the account.

I guess if you can afford to get boosted, you might as well, I submitted 5 boostees that I have proof got boosted and they are still playing with their borders and skin. Pretty sure this means it is okay to boost, so go have fun.
