About the Fiora rework..

I like where they were going with her, and it does make it so she is a Grand Duelist, but the problem is.. she isn't, she has to be one of the top champions that I find boring now. It is ALL basic attacking, so you got a blind on the enemy team? Countered. Got a ranged champ on the enemy team? Countered.

Oh you managed to get your ult off? Lets think about how easy that is to counter, just walk away from me, or heres an innovative idea, stand next to terrain that way she can't get around to hit the other vital spots.

Oh also, on the Q, when it says prioritizes vitals, you should make it so that way when you Q into someones vital it actually triggers instead of me Q'ing then having to manually auto attack. Her E is just.. its flat out stupid. All in all, the rework is 10/10, the gameplay is 0/10, She is so boring.
