Here's a story for you.

All of you little League players!

You're all already banned, each of you have a ticking clock.

Every, last person reading this will get banned. Eventually...

Why?

Enough angry little kids that report you for losing on League, eventually accumulate to you getting banned. It doesn't matter the basis, or the logic.

Don't worry about whether you respond, respond nicely, or are a dick. It will still be against you because some parent out in the world can't control their kid.

Oh. You'll get banned extremely fast if you respond to harassers; however, if you harass, and go out of your way to make people feel like dirt, you'll be clear. Don't worry. You won't get banned any time too soon, because Rito secretly approves this behavior, thanks to the publicity it clearly provides.
