Question about the information on the Leagues page

I don't really know where to look this up or anything, so i thought I would ask here.

What do the numbers second from the left mean on the Leagues page?

The first number is just numbering the summoners. Then the mystery thing, then summoner name, emblems, wins, and points/best of X.

I just have no clue what the mystery thing is. Any idea?
