Trying to mesh with my ADC, how?

Okay so my ADC keeps doing her nails when we're playing. She calls it "gathering souls of her victims and painting her nails with them." I didn't realize she did it but I met her in RL and she's sitting in front of me in a freaking bathing suit painting her toenails now. She's actually pretty decent and getting better fast. Now I wonder how good she COULD be. Anyone else have this problem? I thought it was mostly a support player problem but she's an ADC.

Any ideas to get her more interested in killing and less interested in her toes glittering?

Edit: She has corrected me and stated that she's actually "painting her nails THEN when she puts glitter on THAT is sprinkling the souls of her victims on them"....

Stupid B ;.; was it the cs though?? It wasn't my fault! Look at the map where all of my kills were. My csing was fine I just didn't end up spending much time in lane. Oh well, My nails are lovely.
