Both Icons in All Acts Should be Available

I think that both icons should be available in a single act, even if you can't switch which one you are going for midway through. I like to collect icons, and I do not get anything from only being able to acquire one. I like the idea of "choosing a side," but quite frankly, that effect has already been spoiled by being able to switch between acts, not to mention that they barely have any story aside from the supplementary written part. At the very least, perhaps I was a bit dull, but I didn't fully realize that you couldn't get both until I had already chosen, and if nothing else, that should be made clearer.
