Low priority queue system

I got put into this because i had to restart my computer because of a problem with LEAGUE not my fault in a game and i joined back as soon as possible but i still got low priority ban. I have NEVER left a league game on purpose and now i have to wait at least 10 minutes for my games and i need to drag my friends down for something that was a result of a league bug. i don't know this is very frustrating. :/
