If Riot made 1 or 2 HUGE champion releases anually

I think it would be pretty cool if they just did a semiannual major-big-deal champion release instead of a bunch of less exiting ones, with a community champion concept created every once in a while. not saying the releases are dull and too often as is, but it wouldn't be that long before they would have to consider slowing down and even stopping eventually. like this, it would be a really exciting experience and the community would feel more involved.
