Help me Rito! xD

So for no real reason, just shits and giggles, i decided to do the Battle Training tutorial just to mess around and have a little fun. But then 3 minutes in my screen freezes, and I die (made me both laugh and cry)

But when i respawned i couldn't buy any items, put a point in my abilities, or even walk. I'm just stuck standing there in base xD

So i figure it's no biggy, just close league and then restart it. But now every time i restart the client it forces me to return to game, and I'm right back in base unable to do anything at all, and the game timer doesn't seem to be ticking down while I'm out of game :(

So if anyone could help me be able to play the game again that would be great xD Have a great weekend all!
