Can you please fix your matchmaking system?

So, here's how it usually goes:

• My team is made up of little kids and people who make a stick look intelligent who then spend most of the game bickering and fighting about stupid things, and can't even figure out how to play their champs, let alone do anything else.

• The enemy team, on the other hand, is a cohesive team that works well together and has players who, you know, actually know how to play their champions, control the map, and all that.

And, to top all that off, I'm basically forced to queue fill or support, because otherwise, I never get into a game (thanks for the new queue system, Riot, there's a reason I avoided teambuilder). I can literally wait an hour, and not get into a game, if I pick anything that's not support. If I pick support though? Instant queue. So, I really can't play any roles that I can actually carry from, since most supports can't do much without a team. It'd be nice to just have a competent fucking team in RANKED PLAY, and to not be all but forced to play support every game.

So, can we just go back to the old system? I liked it better.
