Rengar Savagery (Q) damage and bonus AD scaling lowered. Damage lowered from 35/55/75/95/115 to 25/45/65/85/105 Bonus AD ratio lowered from 30/40/50/60/70% to 20/30/40/50/60%

These are the nerfs on the PBE. I think Riot is trying to target his early game, but if you don't snowball early game then there is no point into this champion. They already nerf his clear speed and his team fighting utility, now they're legit just gutting him. He's at a 44% win rate, I think we're going to need Ryan Choi to come back again.

The current state of Rengar is not healthy at all. I honestly think playing him top is better then jungle, since you can just solo kill lvl 2. Hope they don't go through with the nerf. It would suck to see Rengar die again, I love this champ a lot.
