Dear Riot, for small improvements...

I have noticed a very small frustration in league when trying to read ability and item information in-game. Whenever I am using a new champion or item, or just want to brush-up on this information, I like to hover my mouse on the item or ability to read it.

One small improvement which I am sure would take no time is to implement is to make that information last as long as my mouse is hovered over the item/ability icon. That way, I won't lose my place. At this time, the information seems to disappear after 10 or so seconds.
