Computer Crashing Help -

Ok well I have been having an issue with my computer. My computer crashes randomly for no apparent reason (blue screen of death). And well I keep getting thrown into low priority queue for longer and longer. Is there a way to appeal this because I try and very often get back into my game without issue after restarting my computer. I will be taking my computer in to get it checked out but with the growing low priority queue its getting unbearable to play league anymore.
