Old predictions

Tanks received the least nerfed itemization, towers are currently made of rice paper, Bloodlust is providing incredible sustain, and people are running ADC's in pretty much every lane right now, Thunderlord is bugged.
- Tower health wasn't doubled like they said in the patch notes despite nerfing resists, which makes roaming too high of a risk [unless you can get another tower out of it - bot lane ganks usually can] and increases the value of wave clear and sustain.
- The ridiculous sustain on ADC's right now means anything that doesn't kill them out-right is pointless. Bloodlust is a large part of that.
- ADC's generally trump assassins in the early lane phase. with ADC's in every lane, Assassins have a harder time getting started.
- If more than multiple people have Thunderlord's decree, only 1 gets to use it.
The current circumstances point to an ADC meta and tank counter-meta. But if we look at the pipeline...
- Towers are getting fixed.
- Bloodlust is getting nerfed.
- ADC over-saturation is likely a knee-jerk response to the marksman update and will eventually taper off.
- Thunderlord's will get fixed.
Most likely, ADC's will still be dominant after the current changes go through. But once all the fixes occur, it will open the door for burst assassins to be relevant. If we look to historic trends, when DPS becomes the meta, Burst becomes the counter-meta. Eventually, the counter-meta often becomes the primary meta. With the item changes, I'd say the best bet is probably with AD and Hybrid assassins [eg. Zed, Akali, Fiora, Yi, and possibly Talon if he can get by with the new potions].
But keep in mid, this is largely speculation.
What about the rest of ya'll? What came true and what hasn't?
