Possible update to have Vandal twitch switch between Sunglasses on and off?

If any twitch mains remember that during his early 2014 visual rework, Vandal Twitch had no sunglasses then around october or december riot added sunglasses to this skin and its not removable unlike Night Hunter Rengar's hood.
