Hey Riot About Matchmaking

Can you not let people who have literally just hit 30 on peoples games who are in their series? They were also unranked until the game before, had 1 unfinished rune page with AP runes and went ADC. I feel like that is setting me up to lose :( not to mention he was not that great. Im not the best at this game but id like to think my MMR has not fallen to level you are giving me people who turned level 30 that day. I don't really mind it normally but in my series its kind of lame and unfair, i mean he would just dive into Leona and Graves without heal because he took ignite and expect me to fix that situation! This is clearly someone who has never played Lucian before, what am i suppose to do with that?

Im not QQing because i lost, its been happening a lot lately, but i was in my series and i got someone who just turned level 30 with half a rune page on my team, that is kinda fucked up.
