Is it possible to have this change come to rank borders?

I was sitting here looking at this really... really long load screen and was thinking that it would be cool if our ranked borders changed our champion loading screen icons. The different borders would give a different hue to the icons. Silver would give silver, gold would give gold... you get it and diamond + would give a foil/holographic look to the icon.

Just a cool little thought
