Ranked restrictions in LoL = Toxic island from Dota

Yestarday 3 games in a row with AFK. Troll picks, flamers - this is insanity, better to get ban and sit in silence for same 2 week. Didn't Lyte say that then want reform players, not make them hate game? Ranked restrictions is pure hatred to players and from players. Plus as this is no a ranked, players here are not always motivated to win, this makes grinding wins insanely hard.
