no singed/malphite/every other tank/bruiser added armor/health scaling to the list?

I mean I don't really play top lane anymore but wtf riot? If you're gonna gut armor items again stop forgetting about the roster. We already know you hate balancing your game so everyone can be played but I don't so fix it. Thanks.
