This game is too hard to gain rating

I main support... Im not plat or diamond or anything but im sure not silver or bronze either. every game i get into i start with a positive outlook and with hopes to win... my team promptly dies 83 times in the first 10 min and continues to feed and be in stupid places on the map for absolutely no reason. bc i main support and have no carry role whatsoever im literally stuck. also there arent enough bans in this game. they come out with a new champ every month or 2 and have been for years yet they choose to not increase the number of bans for each team. there is no point in even banning at this point. there are 10+ champs that even a silver kid can get an early kill on and carry the rest of the game by himself. as a support i can only do so much. this means im stuck in a rating that im not deserving of.... when you say hey stop feeding please they say stfu first time _____ or some other excuse then start complaining and i tell them to stop being a little crybaby and get reported bc they have views that differ from mine. this system of advancing through division is complete 100% garbage. i had 7 wins in a row before new season and gained 1 division WITH a free promo game. i would have to win like 40 games to get to gold from silver 5 or win like 20+ in a row... each game is 30+ min at least which means i have to waste 20 hours of my life to even have a chance to gain a single division IF i get teams that dont feed and throw over and over. i admit i can be a dick and i also mess up..as i said im not a top tier player by any means... i just dont understand how i can, as a main support, can even hope to climb divisions. its simply not going to happen...
