So I saved 10k ip

for a marksman jungler

that has: -a passive that marks enemies-everyone can see -a dash that's basically a runaans for one AA -a skill that gives more dmg off semi-passively -a slow that does %max health true damage -an ult that is a giant trynd ult with a heal

....not sure whether to be hyped or disappointed for this. Has op skills (but not sure if it WILL be op yet), but yet.....its a marksman jungler....don't get me wrong, I'm not totally against off-meta stuff but......what...

its interesting. I'll give it that. But I'm also confused slightly o.O.
