Reported all the time for doing nothing

So new to this game obviously heard the stories and what not about reporting and toxicity and what not but the amount of players that literally report for nothing is insane and LoL actually gave me a warning just because the ppl I play with don't like me? How are you even suppose to play matches without worrying about getting banned? Only reason I came to this game was cause I heard the player base has gotten alot better. Lies instead of swearing someone out or calling them a noob which I would honestly prefer cause i can mute them its oh I am just going to report him. I'm done with my rant just can't believe that this is allowed.
