I NEED HELP!

Hey guys I'm a Gold I player looking for friends to play with in normal games and try to carry as much as we can ! If we could actually help each other by telling us what we're doing wrong because I really want to improve my gameplay but I have no idea where to start and where I need to improve ... I'm trying to hit the highest rank I can get this season but it seems like I'm stallin at the same place for quite a while now ( I've been doing my promos for plat for the 7th times now and I still can't get through the wall of this division ^_^) Feel Free to add me and let's have some fun!
