Looking for LOL players in Japan, preferably Hokkaido

A friend and I, currently living in Hokkaido, are looking for people to play LOL with on the NA servers. Due to time differences, it is difficult to get online with friends back in the States. Though it is fun playing with random people, we thought it would be even better to have a small group of friends to mess around with on League. If you live in Japan, great!
