Anyone else remember that thread about having 3 refunds per season?

Since when does an idea need a Rioter comment just because it's popular? This is beside the fact that one of them may have commented on the idea elsewhere. Most of the time people whine "whaa, why didn't riot comment on my thread?", they are simply ignorant of other threads where they already have.
