Game Crashed

East coast server crashed on me and wouldn't let me connect at all. then 5 mins later find out my team surrendered and reported me. Next thing ya know I got this warning saying Type "I Agree" to not leave another game. I WOULD'VE NEVER F**KN LEFT IF I DIDNT GET DC'D IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! Does anyone know how I can make a type of appeal?
