Kindred Suggestion

Ive seen alot of kindred gameplay and one thing has been bothering me. The Thing that bothers me is that Kindred doesn't have a timer for when her/him passive is back up after you kill someone, idk if this is how its supposed to be but it bothers me not to know when i can use my passive it be a great addition but i don't know really what are your thoughts on this @riot
