anti lobby troll idea for ranked

what if. we gave people the option to have the whole team eat a 10 minute dodge timer but without losing LP or increasing dodge timer working similar to a surrender vote. also. i designed a report system for pregame lobby

disband vote ENTIRE TEAM RECEIVES FLAT 10 MINUTE QUEUE TIMER THAT DOES NOT INCREASE OR AFFECT LEAVERBUSTER TEAM DOES NOT LOSE LP OR END PROMOS ONLY WORKS IN RANKED SOLO QUEUE does not affect enemy team needs 3 votes to pass "to prevent duo queues from trolling and holding the vote"

in addition a simplified report screen will pop up if vote passes or during a regular dodge allowing any player to report for the following *threatening to feed/troll/afk

*offensive language

*spam/advertising "certain urls would be whitelisted to prevent curse/twitch users from getting banned"

*verbal abuse

*uncooperative player

*irl threat
